How it works
The latest version of the CliftonStrengths® assessment measures each participant's talents, skills, and abilities. Then, each participant’s responses are categorized into one of more than three dozen themes—an individual’s unique “talent DNA.” These attributes are then used to position each participant across four performative domains: strategic thinking, relationship building, influencing, and executing. Each of us has a unique blend of strengths across these domains. Understanding these differing abilities and skills of all members in a given workplace can lead to new forms of teamwork and collaboration, increased communication, and overall success.
Our process begins with our collaboration with an organization’s leadership so that we can best understand the goals and objectives of our work. From there, we customize our CliftonStrengths® training program to be the most effective. Then we assess each employee’s results, producing recommendations to enhance team dynamics and nurture and improve leadership.
